IRCC currently lists participating designated learning institutions outside Quebec. Participation can vary by campus, intake and program. A school’s general DLI status does not mean every program qualifies for the FMCSP.
Institution participation is not program eligibility
A participating institution may offer programs that do not meet every FMCSP requirement. Confirm the campus, intake, program length, credential and proportion of classes taught in French before applying.
